Hell-Ville, also known as Andoany, is the main town on the island of Nosy Be.
Transport from/to airport
When arriving there are numerous private taxi cars awaiting customers. A car taking four passangers will typically charge 10,000 Ariary p/person (2017). The ride takes about 20 minutes.
