Ankify is a harbour and small village in the northwest of Madagascar. Ferries leave from the jetty to the islands of Nosy Be and Nosy Komba. Over the last few years, the harbour has been modernised and now has a shaded market for fruits and souvenirs, surrounded by many small restaurants.

The 11,000 Ariary Vedette Bac which may be a large steel vessel also carrying cars or a smaller wooden boat with only passengers takes 1.5 or 2 hours. The 15,000 Ariary Catamaran is a faster boat while the 20,000 Coque Rapid shared speed boat for up to 20 people is the fastest option.
