Coppeneur Chocolate

Coppeneur is German chocolate producer that has set up a cocoa plantation on Nosy Be Island where they grow organic Criollo and Trinitario cocoa derived from the Sambirano region in northern Madagascar. Prior to setting up the Madagascar plantation, Coppeneur have been making chocolate using cocoa from selected plantations in South America. Their initial Madagascar crop is expected in 2011.
