Morarano is a small [[Betsileo]] village in the Tsaranoro valley. The village has the same name of as the area of which it is part. The village has a school and is located by one of the [[Andringitra|Andringitra National Park]] entrances, where there is also a World Wildlife Fund (WWF) office.
