Still the best hotel in the city of [[Tulear]]. A restaurant with many green tropical plants in a quiet and comfortable outside area with wooden furniture makes an ideal lunch or dining venue. There is a hotel bar with the obligatory [[Rhum_Arrangé|rum assortment]] (lychee, vanilla, cinnamon...). Rooms have air-conditioning, TV, minibar, safe and bathroom. A fairly run down casino with slot machines is annexed to the hotel.
