Lake Andraikiba is a lake of volcanic origin seven kilometres west of Antsirabe, off the road direction Morondava.

According to local folklore the lake is haunted by the spirit of a young pregnant woman who once drowned in it and even today she may be seen at dawn, resting on a rock.

Despite a sewage problem, people flock to Lake Andraikiba for a walk around the shoreline or even for a swim.
