Green Club Vontovorona is one of three Green Club health spas in Madagascar which offers a quick getaway from the capital. The club includes accommodation and can be reached within an hour along the route to Ampefy, approximately 20km west of Antananarivo.

The property covers an area of 40ha. Nestled within a garden of tropical palms, pines and countless speices of plants and trees. Accommodation include 19 standard rooms for 2 persons and 4 family bungalows equipped with TV, fridge, tea cooker and shower/WC. Wifi is available in the rooms on request and offers a fast connection. Ask at the recepetion for portable the Flybox modem. Some but not all rooms has a view of the surrouding hillscapes, including Tana in the distance.
A large restaurant in several outside terraces as well as a barbeque area prepares a mixed Malagasy and European menu.
The Green Club in Vontovorona caters to small or large events, conferences, weddings etc. 3 function rooms in separate buildings can host 250 people, a conference building with 150 guests and a smaller hall for up to 80 geusts.
Spa & fitness
Various aromatic massages using natural HomeoPharma products are available at the Vaniala Spa in addition to hamman, sauna, Jacuzzi and small fitness room as well as a beauty centre with hairdresser.
A range of HomeoPharma products can be bought in the shop by the reception.
There is also an outside meditation area and volleyball ground.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking along rice fields and hillsides with spectacular views of the Merina highlands. One particular hike, approximately 3-4 hours, leads to Antsahadinta Rova where where ancient royal tombs can be found.
