Vontovorona is a suburb of Madagascar's capital Antananarivo.
In 1989, SOS Kinderdorf opened one of their villages in Vontovorona. Up to 150 kids from the region which cannot live longer together with their parents found a new home there.
South of Vontovorona there is a Green Club Vontovorona, a spa and health centre part of the Homeopharma.
