In a country where little goes to waste, souvenirs are skillfully made of used soft drink and beer cans and sold by street vendors in the centre of Antananarivo. Here you can find all sorts of Citroën, Peugeot, Renault and taxi-brousse cars in different sizes and colours. Of course, those sold by street dealers are much cheaper than the same products sold in the airport souvenir shops, especially after a bit of price haggling.
