About ... minutes by foot from the western entrance of Beangona village, there is a nice swimming spot in the Sambirano River. Due to the large bolders in the riverbed a small jacuzzi was created.
Next to this wonderful spot giant mango trees and guava shrubs grow.
Make sure not to go for a swim further downstream as according to the locals there are crocodiles in the river.
