Sambirano is a small bar and restaurant in Diego Suarez serving food and drinks throughout the day and evening.
The host Elie who himself comes from Sambirano is an expert cocktail mixologist who knows how to throw a good party.
Sambirano can be found towards end of Rue Colbert, next to the Air Austral office.
