Anjahakely Tree Nursery was established in 2008 set up to help preserve the environment and its wildlife in the Andrafiamena Andavakoera Protected Area in north Madagascar.

The tree nursery is located in the village of Anjahakely and fulfils an essential role in the protection of the nearby lemur habitat.

Trees planted include the endemic Schizolaena viscola species which is a lemur food source, Breanadia salicina and Intsia trees are planted at river sources to protect the waterways while Albizia lebeck is planted to improve the forage for grazing livestock.
