Le Jardin is a is a charmingly run-down rustic style restaurant in Tulear with many paintings, wood carvins and photos covering the walls and ceiling. There is a wide selection of fish and zebu dishes and excellent desserts on the menu.
The Italian owner, who has previously managed a gourmet restaurant in Munich, opened Le Jardin in 1999. Most tables are in a half-shaded terrace. There is a small ice-cream bar and patesserie at the entrance.
