Nosy Ankao or Nosy Anko is an island located off the northeast coast of Madagascar and the location of the new luxury island resort Miavana.

The resort was developed by the South African company which also developed North Island in the Seychelles with a nature conservation concept funded by holiday makers ready to pay between $2,000 and $3,000 p/night.
