Prulab is a vanilla analysis laboratory performing physico-chemical analysis humidity and vanillin rate of vanilla samples, which are the two important measures of the quality of vanilla bean, vanilla cuts or powder.
The laboratory was started in 2021 by Olivier Ratsimbano, a Natural Scientist from Antananarivo and is the first independent vanilla laboratory in the region. The service aims to provide fast and accurate analysis to collectors and exporters located mainly in the SAVA region, which can help them determine the price for their crop and products.
