Fort-Dauphin, also known as Tôlanaro, is a charming city in southern Madagascar with approximately 43,000 inhabitants. The city offers a fairly wide range of hotels and the inhabitants are accustomed to tourism. There are excellent beaches complete with rusting old shipwrecks.
