About ... minutes by before entering Beangona village from the west, there is a nice swimming spot in the Sambirano River. Due to the large bolders in the riverbed a small jacuzzi exists.
Next to this wonderful spot giant mango trees and guava shrubs grow.
Make sure not to go for a swim further downstream as according to the locals there are crocodiles in the river!
