Hello Zhang, good to see you signed up. The site is restricted by IP-range to prevent spam for internet accesses outside the Madagascar's internet connection. However, when you are signed up, which can only be done in this country, it thereafter allows you to also edit the site while you are signed in including uploading photos from anywhere in the world.
The old <googlemap>...</googlemap> system is not working. Instead, the system detailed at madacamp.com/Maps does.
The quickest is to copy an example from this or any other page with an existing map and change the coordinates.
It accepts Google style coordinates as in -15.214232,50.076107 and other GPS generated coordinates.
Images
There was a problem also with png extensions, which has been fixed now. File pages were previously automatically redirected to the photo display page without the meta data info, like File:Hotel_Palma_Nova_004.jpg -> but the photo display was not made considering all file endings, so the automatic redirect been removed.
