About five minutes by foot before entering Beangona village from the west, there is a nice swimming spot in the Sambirano River. Due to the large bolders in the riverbed a small natural jacuzzi exists.
Next to this wonderful spot, giant mango trees and guava shrubs grow. Make sure not to go for a swim further downstream as there are crocodiles in this river! According to the locals a boy went missing here in 2015.
