Le Panoramique

Le Panoramique is a hotel and restaurant located in Ankify Doany in the northwest of Madagascar. As the name indicates, Le Panoramique offers great views onto the ocean and the islands of Nosy Be, Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely as well as the mainland of Madagascar.

Located 300m above sea level and surrounded by nature, Le Panoramique is surely the best location in Ankify Doany and ideal for those wishing to escape the mass tourism on Nosy Be. The restaurant with its relaxed atmosphere has a big open terrace. In the same building as the restaurant there are 3 guest rooms (20 Euro in 2017). 2 bungalows (24 Euro in 2017) are a few steps away. Hotel and restaurant are partly solar powered.

Down the small hill and through the village takes one to a beautiful beach. Just behind the hotel one can go trekking through the forest. Now and then lemurs sit in the trees next to the restaurant. With a bit of luck one can spot whale sharks in the bay in October.
