In cooperation with many small-scale farmers across in rural parts of the northeast of Madagascar, Florenilla manages the cultivation and preparation of different grades of vanilla beans. Its regular vanilla offers include gourmet vanilla beans, vanilla cuts and splits as well as vanilla powders used for flavouring pastries and as ingredients in confectioneries, ice-creams, beverages as well as non-food products where the use of natural vanilla can enhance the quality, such as in soaps, perfumes and cosmetics.

Single-origin organic cane sugar from the island of Nosy Be in north Madagascar is the main ingredient of our their classic Madagascar vanilla sugar. The second and only other ingredient is natural organic vanilla.

Tea products Teas are often mixed with vanilla and Florenilla's tea variety is the Sambahavy green tea variety cultivated in from Madagascar's highlands combined with cuts of vanilla beans from the southeast of the island. Other unique Florenilla products mixes are its vanilla and cacao powder mix or , the vanilla cinnamon powder, vanilla coffee, and baobab vanilla powder.

Florenilla is primarily operating as a wholesaler and exporter whereby its products are sold and rebranded by retailers in different countries. Its products are used by chefs in their pastry creations and can found in gourmet stores under different biological retail brands and ingredients .
