Coppeneur is German chocolate producer since 1993 that uses cocoa from various South American locations. More recently, the company set up a cocoa plantation on Nosy Be, growing organic Criollo and Trinitario cocoa, derived from cocoa plantations in the Sambirano region. Their first crop is expected in 2011.
