* 25 March 2020: Road access have been blocked Health-stations are set up along the roads between the regions of major towns across the [[SAVA]] ([[Sambava]]-[[Andapa]]-[[Vohemar]]-[[Antalaha]]) although no region and at shipping ports and airports. A doctor, nurses and gendarmerie stop travellers for a temperature check. No cases have been detected in the SAVA region. Establishment of low-cost markets within each fokotany , communities across the country will be established on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the poorest populations. Social distancing measures are to be respected within these markets.
