As of 2017 there is still no scheduled bus line connecting Diego-Suarez/Ramena with Sakalava Bay. There is also no sign of a shaded bus stop.

Sakalava Bushouse, or Sakalava Bushhouse, refers to four luxury villas due to begin construction in 2013 on the grounds of Sakalava Lodge, at Sakalava Bay, where the two hotels will be situated next to each other.

Sakalava Bay is located near Diego Suarez in the north of Madagascar and can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by car from Diego Suarez, turning right about halfway along the road towards Ramena by the village of Ankorikakely.

There is no bus route or bus house at this location, so when naming the project Sakalava Bushouse the French speaking owner must clearly have meant bush house rather than bus house. For further information, visit www.sakalava-bushouse.com.
