Hotel Isoraka is a small no-frills backpacker style accommodation in the centre of Antananarivo from where the city can easily be explored. Some rooms have TV, phone and private bathroom, while other rooms have shared bathroom and are virtually not much larger than the size of the bed itself.
There is no restaurant or breakfast room in the hotel but given its central location there are plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants in the area, including a bakery across the road. There is also an internet access located over the road. Since you'll probably be saving on the hotel bill, Le Rossini is a very classy restaurant only a few blocks down the road which offers some of the best French-Malagasy cuisine in town.
