The Palma team were pleased to welcome all participants of a 4-day cacao workshop by Council National du Cacao in cooperation with Helvetas Madagascar. The event hosted at Palma covered theoretical training combined with 2-days practical field training on planting, cultivation and cacao fermentation techniques at Ets. Theodule and KOSAMA.
