There is one resort on the island with 18 wooden bungalows, a restaurant and PADI diving facility. In addition to diving, various activities such as windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, tennis, snorkelling and deep-sea fishing are offered by the resort.
[[Air Madagascar]] flights between [[Nosy Be]] and [[Diego Suarez]] usually flies over [[Mitsio Archipelago]] offering a view of Nosy Tsarabanjina on a clear day.
