=== Add a Editing and adding Flash video directly on Madacamp =videos ==
If While Google and YouTube offers automatic video conversion to Flash format and an easy way to add existing videos from those video portals, they usually include links or advertising to irellevant content at the original end of the videos. It is possible to upload Flash videos for inclusion directly on Madacamp.com without the resulting advertising. However, if a video taken with a typical digital camera it is for example most likely not in Flash format to begin with. It may be an Mpeg, AVI, first encode or Quicktime movie. To publish such video on a Madacamp page it is necessary to convert it intoto FLV (Flash) format first. This can be done using for example a free video editor such as [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avidemux Avidemux]. Open the file and select MGP-f ASP (Xvid)FLV formats via the ''Video'', ''Audio'' and ''Format'' selectors.Add Optionally add any filters, eg. before selecting ''Resample fpsSave Video''and giving the new file an .flv extension.
Upload [[File:Avidemux.jpg|600px]] Thereafter upload the newly created FLV file and thereafter include add it in a normal image tagon onto a page as followslike the following example:
<nowiki>[[File:Video.flv]]</nowiki>
If the video has an unusual apsect The size and aspect ratio and is taller than wide, define the size according to the following examplecan be tweaked like a normal image, width being the first parameter and height by defining the secondpixel values as follows:
<nowiki>[[File:Video.flv|300x375px]]</nowiki>

Alternatively, [http://ffmpeg.org FFmpeg]] is an excellent and free editing tool, but which requires editing by the command line, which may be preferred by Linux users.
