The 2-storeyed, pink-coloured building with colonial charm offers six rooms, some of which are even suitable for families. All rooms are simplistic designed simple in design and have bed with mosquito net, ventilator and bathroom/toilet. Guests can use the large , partly shaded balcony on the first floor and or the roofed terrace with several tables and chairs on the ground floor. Villa Palm Beach is surrounded by a small but nice, small garden with many flowers.

At the entrance area are beside next to the reception and bar also is a cosy TV-corner (satellite TV) and a community shared area with a large wooden table. A small shop offers handmade baskets, as well as beachwear and [[lamba hoany]] - a beach towel, headscarf and skirt in one.

Villa Palm Beach offers breakfast and other meals. To ensure the freshness of the foodand as all meals are individually prepared, guests are kindly asked to order their meals in advance at the reception.

Activities of the nearby surrounding area include swimming, snorkelling, [[MadaScaph|diving]] and fishing. Excursions to the [[Emerald Sea]], [[Baie des Dunes]], [[Baie des Pigeons]] and [[Sakalava Bay]] can also be arranged.
