The easiest way to get around the town of Antalaha is by foot, tuk-tuk or [[pousse-pousse]]. The central marketplace of Tanambao is well worth a visit, especially on Thursdays which is the weekly big market day. A 30-minute walk to the meteorological station on top of the hill at Ambatoratsy offers stunning views of the town and surrounding landscape.
