Cinagra is a Madagascar chocolate manufacturer located in Antananarivo producing high quality chocolate made exclusively from cacao grown in the Ambanja region of Madagascar.
The two main brands produced by Cinagra are Pallissandre with 38% cocoa and a darker variety branded Tsar which contains 63% cocoa.
