Cinagra is a chocolate manufacturer based in Antananarivo producing high quality chocolate made exclusively from cacao grown in the Ambanja region of Madagascar.
Cinagra produces primarely three brands of chocolate bars: Pallissandre with 38% cocoa, Eben with 55% cacao and a dark variety named Tsar which contains 63% cocoa.
