Madagascar Chocolate
There are two major chocolate manufacturers in Madagascar, Chocolaterie Robert and Cinagra. Both companies produce premium quality chocolate made with cocoa grown exclusively in Madagascar.
Both Cinagra and Chocolaterie Robert are so-called bean-to-bar chocolate makers of single origin, growing their cocoa as well as producing the chocolate in Madagascar.
Additionally, Chocolaterie Colbert is an upmarket range of handmade pralines and chocolate bars made by the Patisserie in Hotel Colbert using ingredients supplied by Chocolaterie Robert and Cinagra. Colbert chocolate can only be bought in the Patisserie at Hotel Colbert.
