Florenilla
Florenilla is a producer of natural vanilla as well as vanilla mixed with other natural products from Madagascar which are cultivated according to the Malagasy tradition of organic agriculture without the use of artificial fertilisers and conservation methods.
In cooperation with small polycrop farmers across rural parts of the northeast of our country, Florenilla manages the farming and preparation of different types and grades of vanilla beans as well as mixed products, such as vanilla mixedd with cacao, cinnamon, tea and coffee.
Its regular vanilla offers include vanilla beans, cuts and splits and powder for flavouring and baking products, such as confectioneries, pastries, ice-creams, beverages as well as non-food product where natural vanilla can enhance a the quality, such as soaps, perfumes and cosmetics.
At the top of the product range, ideal for cooking and home baking, are Grade A gourmet quality vanilla pods which can be sold and branded by the retailer or resold under the existing Florenilla brand.
Florenilla products may be offered in gourmet and delicatessen stores under different biological retail brands or used as ingredients by chefs in pastry creations.
Florenilla is a certified producer of organic vanilla and licensed by the Madagascar Ministry of Trade & Crafts (www.mica.gov.mg) as an exporter of vanilla.
