La Rosace‘s is a breakfast and lunch restaurant in central Sambava also serving snacks and coffee throughout the day. The meals served are La Soupe, Mine Sao, Brochettes (grilled zebu sticks) and rice from the region, romazava and other special Malagasy meals on request. Fresh natural juices with fruits of the season are served with special blends prepared on demand.
La Rosace‘s is managed by Rosace who is half-Malagasy and half-Comorian and who will surprise you with the occasional sweets baked using real vanilla, which is a rarely used ingredient even in the world-capital of vanilla. Make sure to try the tea, made with Ravimbafotsy (Arbre), a touch of cinnamon and natural vanilla. (No teabags!)
