The Malagasy/French kitchen offers has a weekly changing menu using and offers meals with fresh ingredients from its own spice garden and regional farmlands. In addition to the nearby cultural village of [[Ambohimanga]], a stunning countryside awaits anyone wishing to discover the natural beauty of the [[Merina]] highlands. A small bungalow with a double room and modern facilities is available to guests wishing to stay longer. Trekking and guided tours of Ambohimanga Rova can be pre-arranged on location in combination with lunch and overnight stays.
