La Rosace‘s is a breakfast and lunch restaurant in central Sambava also serving snacks and coffee throughout the day. The only meals served are La Soupe, Mine Sao and Brochettes (grilled zebu sticks). Fresh natural juices with fruits of the season are served with special blends prepared on demand.
La Rosace‘s is managed by you guessed it right Rosace who is half-Malagasy and half-Comorian and who will surprise you with the occasional sweets baked using real vanilla, which is rarely used as an ingredient even in the world-capital of vanilla.
